Q1: What’s the difference between PVDF ACP and ordinary PE ACP?
A1: PVDF coating is for long-term outdoor use with 10–15 years anti-fading lifespan; PE coating is only suitable for indoor decoration.
Q2: Is this panel really self-cleaning?
A2: Yes. Nano PVDF coating has hydrophobic property, dust will be washed off by rainwater automatically, greatly reduce manual cleaning work.
Q3: Can it be used for coastal high-salt fog environment?
A3: Our PVDF aluminum skin has good anti-corrosion performance, can adapt to coastal humid and salt air areas.
Q4: Do you provide free samples?
A4: Small test samples are free, customers only need to afford the shipping cost.
Q5: Do your products have CE certificate?
A5: We haven’t applied CE certification temporarily, but every batch will go through strict internal performance tests, we can provide test records and physical samples for your verification.
Q6: What thickness do you supply for PVDF ACP?
A6: Regular outdoor thickness is 4mm, we also support 3mm customized production.
